To solve this issue, a project aims to transform the internal web form into a user-friendly and accessible digital tool that will be integrated into a potential NHS main app. The potential tool of the app is user-friendly and engaging, with personalized narratives and organic illustrations that improve user engagement and empathy. Its primary users are pregnant individuals or recent parents, including their partners or close family members who might also benefit from identifying symptoms. Medical professionals such as nurses, doctors, and psychologists will use the app to distribute the form and strengthen the patient-doctor relationship.
